This homeowner uploaded this video to YouTube after his former renter left his home in absolute shambles. According to the man behind the camera, she only had to pay him $53 a month, and the government would pay well over $1,000 a month to subsidize her portion of rent. The video comes just days after President Obama spoke about mortgage reform and proposed "winding down" Fannie and Freddie, saying "private capital should take a bigger role in the mortgage market."
