#HashtagLunchbag is a popular non-profit organization that's dedicated to fighting hunger through social media. Radio DJ Ramses Ja is very active with the organization in the Phoenix area and one day spotted 5-year-old Naelah fishing through garbage. He decided to raise money for Naelah and her mom, Leah, and in all raised about $2,000 which allowed him to get them a home to stay in. Leah took to Ramses Ja's Facebook to express her gratitude to the community.
