Jessica Hord's latest food tutorial covers the three main food groups: cookies, butter and popcorn. It's a fairly simple recipe with a delightfully delicious payoff. Be warned, though, Cookie Butter Popcorn has a reputation for being a little addictive.

Try out the recipe below, and let Jessica know how your batch went on her Facebook Page.

You'll Need:

-- 6 cups air-popped popcorn

-- 1 16 oz. package of Candiquik

-- 3  tbs cookie butter (Biscoff or Trader Joe's)

-- 1/2 cup candy melts (any color)

-- 1 package Peanut Butter M&Ms

-- 1 cup mini pretzels

-- Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

1. Pop your popcorn and pour into a large bowl, removing any un-popped kernels.

2. Melt Candiquik and add cookie butter to melted chocolate, stir.

3. Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated.

4. Stir in M&Ms and pretzels and then pour and spread onto wax paper.

5. Melt colored candy melts and then drizzle on top of popcorn.

6. Top with sprinkles and let it set until hardened. You're done!

Holding Your Holiday Cards Has Never Been Easier Thanks to This Awesome DIY

Holiday cards are awesome; they're more personal than a Facebook post, but less intrusive than a phone call. The only problem is what to do with them. They can't be thrown away until after the holidays, so they usually clutter the refrigerator or end up in a stack on the counter. Gayle Bass brought her stack of Holiday cards into RightThisMInute and challenged Jessica Hord to make her something to hold her cards. And Jessica didn't just deliver, she delivered.  The holiday card display she put together is simple to make, inexpensive, and perfect for any home. Here are instructions for Jessica Hord's Ultimate Holiday Card Display. Make one and send us a picture! You'll Need: -- Wood for frame -- Board -- Burlap -- Garden twine -- Hemp cord -- Clothespins -- Nails with large heads -- Wood glue -- Hot glue gun & glue sticks -- Scissors -- Rope trim -- Hammer -- Photos, photo cards, cards, etc.   Instructions: 1. Lay wood on board and trace where your frame will be. 2. Hot glue burlap inside of your traced border and cut excess. 3. Hot glue rope trim to wooden frame. 4. Use wood glue on pieces of wood for frame and glue to the edges of the board. 5. Nail pieces of wood to add extra security. (If your nails are too long you may need to cut or bend them on the other side of the board.) Set aside to dry. (To secure a good bond, clamp to a table or add weights, heavy books, etc. to rest on top while drying.) 6. Wrap twine (I wrapped and tied a knot) around the head of a nail and nail into left side of frame. Repeat for the other side of the twine, on the right side of the frame. If you're doing multiple rows -- just continue with this technique. 7. Use hemp cord to tie bows onto clothespins. 8. Use clothespins to attach photo cards to garden twine. You're done!   See how Gayle liked her new card holder below: View Now
