The top speed of most scooters is around 40 miles per hour. Unless you are skydiving with one, then it's around 130 miles per hour. Gunter Schachermayr has been dreaming of the day he could skydive out of a plane while riding a scooter, and here on RTM, we love to see people making their dreams come true.
