The crossbar challenge in soccer is all about hitting the top bar on the goal. Usually, you want the soccer ball to go inside the goal, but it's really impressive when professional soccer player Gonzalo Higuain nails it from the halfway line. It's totally amazing and really shows just how skilled of a striker he is.

And now are you ready for something weird? Soccer coach Diego Svery is putting his novice goalies through some of the most bizarre training we've ever seen. He's got them wearing hoodies over their face, hanging upside down, and balancing on plastic barrels. He does know they're going to play soccer, not fight ninjas, right?
