Put a new face on an old foodie classic with this deliciously simple Stromboli recipe. This dish is basically pizza, only prepared like a cake roll! It looks more complicated than it really is, so good thing RightThisMinute's own how-to guru Jessica Hord's here to show us how it's done.

We'd be lying if we said we weren't drooling a little when Jessica shares a sample with the RTM gang!

You'll Need:

— 1 (11 oz.) can thin pizza crust

— Parchment paper

— 1/3 cup pizza sauce

— 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

— 1 cup fully cooked sausage crumbles

— 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 

— 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

— Butter for basting

— Optional: extra pizza sauce for dipping

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Open crust and spread out on a piece of parchment paper.

3. Using a spoon, spread pizza sauce onto dough.

4. Top sauce with pepperoni, sausage crumbles, and cheeses.

5. Starting on one side, carefully roll the edge over. Using parchment paper, continue rolling.

6. Baste top of dough with butter.

7. Cut small diagonal slits into the top of the formed stromboli. 

8. Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. You're done!

Don't fret over the details, because RightThisMinute's own how-to guru Jessica Hord has dug up a foodie superweapon that'll guarantee a surprise victory at any party! You'll Need: — 16 oz. softened cream cheese  — 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese — 2 minced cloves of garlic — 1/2 cup sour cream — 2 tbsp. wing sauce — Juice from 1 lime — 2 (15 oz.) drained & rinsed cans of corn — 1 chopped jalapeno — 4 oz. feta  — 2 tbsp. red onion — 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro — Optional: additional wing sauce, feta, and cilantro for the top   Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  2. Put cream cheese, one cup of the shredded cheese, garlic, sour cream, wing sauce and lime juice in a blender. Pulse until well blended. 3. Pour mixture into a large bowl and mix corn, jalapeno, feta, one cup of the shredded cheese, red onion and cilantro. 4. Scoop into baking dish and top with the last cup of shredded cheese. 5. Make no-bake cheesecake according to mix instructions. 2. Freeze cheesecake for at least two hours. 3. Melt Candiquik or Candy Melts according to the package's instructions and set aside. 4. Using a melon baller, scoop some of the crust, cheesecake, and topping into a ball. 5. Carefully dip each ball into melted candy. 6. Top with more candy, sprinkles or edible glitter. You're done!
