The holiday of all things green and three-leaf clovered is upon us. We don't know about you, but any holiday promoting good luck and green foods is a celebratory must in our book. Our cheerful leprechaun Jessica Hord finds herself in the kitchen once again to bring us another delicious treat. This Pistachio Pudding Cake recipe is a guaranteed big hit at any St. Patrick's Day party.

You'll Need:
— Vanilla cake mix
 
— 2 boxes pistachio pudding, divided 
 
— 1 cup olive oil
 
— 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
 
— 3 eggs
 
— Green food coloring 
 
— 8 oz. Original Cool Whip
 
— 1 cup chopped pistachios
 
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 
2. Using an electric mixer; combine cake mix, one box of pistachio pudding, oil, one cup of milk, three eggs and ten drops of food coloring. 
 
3. Pour batter into a 9x13 cake pan coated with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Allow cake to cool.
 
4. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, fold remaining box of pudding into Cool Whip.
 
5. Fold in 1/2 cup of milk a little at a time.
 
6. Fold in food coloring.
 
7. Ice cake and top with pistachios. You're done!

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.   2. Microwave dark chocolate morsels and butter for one minute. Stir. Continue microwaving in intervals of 15 seconds and stirring until chocolate is completely melted.   3. Spread melted chocolate into an even layer over wax paper.   4. Sprinkle cookies over chocolate.   5. Sprinkle mint chocolate baking chips over cookies.   6. Microwave white chocolate morsels for one minute. Stir. Continue microwaving in intervals of 15 seconds and stirring until chocolate is completely melted.   7. Pour melted white chocolate over cookies and candy. Spread into an even layer.   8. You'll Need: -- 1 sheet of already made brownies, uncut -- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature -- 1/2 cup powdered sugar -- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  -- Strawberries Instructions: 1. Flip brownie out of baking pan onto your serving platter and draw a heart on parchment paper using a food-safe marker. 2. Using a serrated knife, cut along the heart shape. If you're using a fudgier brownie recipe, you may need to straighten the edges with your fingers or you can leave it as is. 3. Set aside brownie edges for further decorating or snacking. 4. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, set aside. 5. Cut heart shapes from strawberries, set aside. 6. We all love a good pulled pork sandwich and our "kitchenista" Jessica Hord has an excellent recipe for Father's Day. The best part? It only takes a slow cooker! Top it with coleslaw and you've got one amazing lunch. You'll Need: — 2 cups water   — 2.5 pounds boneless pork loin   — 1 tbsp paprika   — 1 tsp black pepper   — 2 tsp salt   — 2 tbsp liquid smoke (Jessica used mesquite flavor)   — 1 cup BBQ sauce   — 2 cloves garlic, minced    — 1/2 white onion     Instructions: 1. Pull apart the rings of the onion and set aside.   2. Pour water into the slow cooker and add meat.   3. Mix together the paprika, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle mixture on top of meat.   4. Pour liquid smoke and BBQ sauce over meat.   5. Sprinkle garlic and onion rings on top of the meat.   6. Cook on high for 5 hours or, for a softer meat, on low for 8 hours. Our own Captain America of cooking, Jessica Hord, has a recipe for "Blue, Red, and White Delight" that is the perfect dessert for this most American of holidays.     You'll Need: — Vanilla Wafers (Jessica used Nilla wafers)   — 2 (8 oz.) blocks plain cream cheese   — 2 tbsp milk for cheesecake layer, 1 1/2 cups for pudding layer   — 1 tsp vanilla    — 1 cup of whipped topping (Jessica used Cool Whip) for cheesecake layer, 1 cup of whipped topping for pudding layer, 8 oz. container of whipped topping for the top of the dessert   — 1/4 cup powdered sugar    — 1 pint of chopped strawberries for the strawberry layer, 1/2 pint of chopped strawberries for garnishing the top    — 3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix   — 1 cup blueberries for the blueberry layer, 1/2 cup blueberries for garnishing the top     Instructions: 1. Cover the bottom of an 8x8 pan with vanilla wafers.   2. Mix together cream cheese, milk, vanilla, whipped topping, and powdered sugar. Spread across the vanilla wafers layer.   3. Top cream cheese layer with chopped strawberries.   4. Mix together pudding mix, milk, and whipped topping. Spread across the strawberry layer.   5. Top pudding layer with blueberries.   6.
