How far would you go to save a wild animal? This guy crawled and pulled his way through thick, deep mud to help a trapped eagle. It's incredible he even saw the distressed bird. The white-tailed eagle was stuck in mud approximately 260 feet from shore. After failed attempts, the entire rescue took about an hour to complete. Once it was back on land, the bird was cleaned off and given food.

Man Rescues Buck Stuck In Fence & Stray Kitten Saved From Tree

In this ViralHog video, a man in Georgia spotted a button buck with his leg trapped in a fence. The man walked over to the buck and picked him up to attempt to get the deer's hoof out of the fence. Eventually, the man freed the little buck, which didn't suffer any major injuries to his leg and was able to run away after the rescue.  A good samaritan in Mississippi noticed a stray kitten stuck in a tree and called Robert Resse to help with the rescue. Robert climbed up the tree to grab the kitten, while a group of people waited on the ground with a tarp in case the kitten fell. Dramatic Drone Rescue Delayed After Divers Search Through Chilling Water

Dramatic Drone Rescue Delayed After Divers Search Through Chilling Water

In February, rescue crews assembled and prepared for the dramatic mission of a rescuing a lost drone in cold water. Outside, the average temperature was 40° Fahrenheit, but that didn't stop the mission — at first. The edges of the lake were frozen and the temperatures continued to drop, so the difficult decision was made to postpone the rescue.  The crew returned in August when the temperatures were in the mid-eighties. Even with the six-month time gap, a scuba diver was able to recover the drone in 20 minutes. Of course, the rescued drone was pretty beaten up and covered in algae, barnacles, and silt. The team is now trying to revive the damaged drone, and we hope it can pull through. View Now
