The idea was first conceived for this new hypercar back in 2013, and it's finally coming to life. When it's ready to be put on the market, the car will come in three different versions, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 horsepower and costing up to $2.2 million. Alex is in Dubai to meet the manufacturers and show the Devel Sixteen off in all its glory before taking it for a spin.
