Move over s'mores, you've got a tasty competitor!

Fresh from Simon and Lisa Thomas' 2RidetheWorld global travels is this delicious dessert that combines bananas, cinnamon, and honey in a mouthwatering food ménage à trois. You can find international cookbooks by the dozen online, but Dirty Dining: An Adventurer's Cookbook places a rare emphasis on practicality—meaning you could make any of its treats at a campsite on the go! And who better to test this treat than RightThisMinute's own resident foodie and how-to wizard Jessica Hord?

You'll Need:

— 1 banana

— 1 tsp. honey

— Sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Instructions:

1. Wrap banana in foil.

2. Put on grill over flames.

3. Cook for 5-6 minutes then flip and cook for 5-6 minutes on the other side.

4. Take off the grill and let it cool.

5. Once cool to the touch, unwrap foil, cut banana open and sprinkle with honey and cinnamon. You're done!

You'll Need: — 1 box Girl Scout Trefoils — 1/3 cup melted butter — 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips — 8 Girl Scout Samoas, coarsely chopped. — 25 caramels — 1/4 cup evaporated milk Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a food processor, pulse up 12 of the Trefoils, until crumbly, and set aside. 3. Pulse the remaining Trefoils in the food processor, and once crumbly add melted butter. Pulse both ingredients until thoroughly blended. 4. Evenly press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased, 9-inch, square baking pan. 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. 6. Sprinkle Samoas over chocolate chips and crust. 7. In a saucepan, combine caramels and evaporated milk and stir until melted. 8. Pour caramel sauce over ingredients in pan. 9. Sprinkle reserved Trefoils over mixture and back for 15 to 18 minutes. 10. Cover bottom of baking dish with dark chocolate chips. 2. Using a spoon, lay dollops of peanut butter on top of the chocolate chips. 3.
