UPDATE: Arrested for Drinking Iced Tea Mixed With Lemonade 2:33

Christopher Beatty was arrested and charged for "trespassing and resisting, delaying and obstructing a law enforcement officer," after being approached by an undercover policeman who was suspicious of the beverage Beatty held in his hand outside a liquor store. The beverage was an Arizona Arnold Palmer style non-alcoholic drink, and Beatty offered to take a breathalyzer, but was still booked. RightThisMinute Skyped with Beatty, who says he served overseas in the military for five years, and he gave us more details about the incident.

A grandmother and a mother were attacked by angry neighbors who witnessed the mother drinking vodka while breastfeeding.
