If you ever ever thought about frying water (we're not sure why this would cross anyone's mind), just know that it is possible. Rob at Threadbanger tests it out for us, and it's actually a little more complicated than you would think. He adds oil to the fryer and mixes water with sodium alginate. After blending it, he takes another bowl and mixes water with Calcium lactate. Watch the video to see more of the process and the finally fried water prodcut!
