Footage has emerged of a man believed to be one of the alleged murderers who ran over and killed a British soldier in London. The man has bloodied hands and is carrying knives as he speaks into a camera phone minutes after the brutal attack. Initial reports indicate the soldier was beheaded. The victim was reportedly wearing a Help For Heroes shirt. The two suspects were shot when police arrived on scene. They are in the hospital where one is listed in serious condition.
