Julian Baumgartner of Baumgartner Fine Art Restoration is restoring an old Ave Maria painting that's sustained quite a bit of damage since it was brought to the U.S. decades ago. This restoration is a lot different than other ones we've seen Julian do because this piece was painted on wood rather than canvas. Many pieces have been chipped off or eaten by termites, so he has to use his imagination and expertise to piece everything back together and recreate what this painting once looked like. View Now
An armed robber in Russia was caught on CCTV breaking into a betting office. The suspect smashed through the glass with the back of an ax, threatening the employee behind the window with a gun. The employee did not suffer any injury and the suspect was later arrested.
